RISK, LIABILITY, AND ACCOUNT RE-SELLING:
By purchasing an account through KaynShop.Pro, you hereby acknowledge that you waive any and all liability to KaynShop.Pro (KaynShop.Pro), their properties, and respective owners for any damages or liabilities caused by any video game account bans of any type (Botting, RWT, Mutes,Etc.). KaynShop.Pro is liable for account recoveries for 7 days to lifetime depending on the account tier purchased. KaynShop.Pro is not liable for any damages to a client’s account if the customer fails to update the password or other relevant information. If you file a dispute or chargeback against Turbo League AB, all of your safeguards will be suspended immediately.
REFUNDS AND OTHER CONDITIONS:
There are no refunds available. As long as the warranty hasn’t expired, replacements are available. If an account is frozen, it will not be retrieved under any circumstances. This is due to people buying and reselling accounts without KaynShop.Pro authorization, and users attempting to have us recover the accounts for them so that they can defraud others. You agree to all of the above conditions by obtaining an account from KaynShop.Pro, accessing KaynShop.Pro, or dealing with its owners/associates.
COPYRIGHT:
The Company or its content providers own all material on this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, pictures, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, which is protected by local and international copyright laws. The Company owns the compilation of all content on this site, which is protected by federal and international copyright laws. The Company or its software providers own all of the software used on this site, which is protected by federal and international copyright laws. LIFETIME WARRANTY:
KaynShop.Pro values its consumers, which is why each account comes with a guarantee. If a Riot Games account purchased from us gets banned, a new account will be supplied. The following conditions apply to this warranty:Within 15 (fifteen) days following the ban, a copy of the ban notification and the cause for the ban is sent to [email protected]
That the reason for the suspension is “Purchase of an account” or “Use of a third-party application to level to 30” or anything close to that.
After purchasing, the account has played at least one match.
We have not yet provided you with a replacement account.
After acquiring the account and before playing any games, you changed the registered email address and password. The procedure is spelled out in detail in your welcome/purchase email.
The account was not moved from the region where it was previously situated.
You aren’t utilising the account on any public platforms like Twitch or YouTube.The warranty will not apply if any of these requirements are not satisfied. The guarantee will never apply to bans that are the result of your own actions, such as poor behaviour, hacking, or frequent swearing, to name a few examples. One account replacement is allowed per account bought. Riot Points paid on accounts that are later banned will never be returned, even if a new account is given. We only offer replacements for accounts that have been banned; no refunds will be given.
INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to hold the Company and any of its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any terms and conditions it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or a third party’s rights.
SEVERABILITY:
If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions to be void, contrary to public policy, or unenforceable, and such finding or order becomes final and non-appealable, the offending provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If the offending provision cannot be amended, it shall be presumed struck in its entirety, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue with the offending provision removed, unless such phrase or provision is material to the execution of these Terms and Conditions.You may contact us via email at [email protected] with any customer service or dispute issues.
